Pavel was our lead iPhone developer on the O2 Money Wallet project. He was the “heart” of the iPhone team and the success of the mobile wallet implementation is in no short measure due to his significant efforts and amazing understanding of development on the iOS platform. He has an excellent understanding of how best to implement customer requirements, how best to design a financial application for the iPhone and is impressive in his ability to mentor other developers. He has the ability to command respect from his peers as well as the other members of the project team and is not comfortable with anything but the best. Pavel works for the team good, is an excellent communicator and extremely adaptable to changing requirements. He works well under pressure and always makes certain project deadlines are met. In short, I would highly recommend Pavel for working as a team lead/ senior developer and/ or solutions architect and would not think twice about asking him to join my team in the future.
